An updated traditionally handcrafted High-Back Chair with graceful arms on each side for a versatile new look. With a quintessential Colonial-era design, this chair brings a timeless yet traditional feel to any space. Plus, it's crafted in West Virginia from sustainably harvested Appalachian maple. Our High-Back Chair design comes from a solid history of craftsmanship—16th-century wheelrights first began the practice of turning chair spindles on a lathe, just as they would have for wheel spokes. Because the spindles and legs fit into custom-drilled holes, our High-Back Chair allows for a more seamless, delicate line that will elevate any dining space.
